Initiative + Campaign - Kaiser Permanente Healthy Workforce

Challenge: As a health care company, Kaiser Permanente wanted to "practice what they preach" and promote health and wellness among their own employees. This led to the creation of the first enterprise-wide employee wellness program.

Approach: A new visual identity system and an initial promotional campaign were created to launch the program. Subsequent campaigns were also developed to continue promoting the initiative.

Results: The program was successful, leading to a 1,400% increase in participation in the Total Health Assessment.

Role: Brand strategy, messaging, copywriting, creative direction.
